Terms of Rental
- Add 12% sales and resort tax to final price
- Deposit of $300 with application per week of stay, due one week
following actual booking
- All payments due 30 days prior to arrival
- Cleaning fee of $120
- Maximum 8 persons
- Check in at 4:00 PM
- Check out at 10 AM
- 30 day cancellation notice required for refund ($100 service
fee once deposit is received)
- If cancellation occurs within 30 days of
arrival, entire deposit is forfeited
